Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations less than 24 hours of the service will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost with the card on file, no exceptions. No-shows and cancellations with less than an hour before the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost with the card on file, no exceptions. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, kindly contact me.
