Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations less than 24 hours of the service will be charged 30% of the scheduled service cost with the card on file, no exceptions. No-shows and cancellations with less than an hour before the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost with the card on file, no exceptions. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, kindly contact me so we can reschedule you.
